The PVC Imitation marble sheet extrusion line consists of a screw loader, mixing unit, conical twin screw extruder, T-die mold, three-roll calendar, cooling frame, trimming set, hauling device, automatic cuter, and stacking section.
All parts in the ATE-C extruder are modularly designed and come in a standard and uniform structure to present the same quality grade; thanks to the modular design, less maintenance is requited. Specialized T-die molds designed to fit the PVC extruder allow for both stability and efficiency.

Easy processing and shaping
The Process and formulation can be adjusted based on the final production usage to provide various products with multiple uses and shapes.
Imitation marble production realizes the transfering from low value raw materials to a high-value final product. This occurs both in the low maintenance cost as well as the longer use life compared to regular stone.
There are no ill side-effects which occur during the producing process.
The waste or scraps of imitation marble can be all be fully recycled.
