The single screw recycling and pelletizing line is applicable to regrinds or flakes of PE/PP/ABS/PS/HIPS/PC.
Features of the two-stage re-pelletizing system:
1. Segmented filtering principle, for filtering in the first extruder and fine filtering in the second extruder to reduce the frequency of filtering sieves changing.
2. Thanks to separated filtering systems in the two-stage extruder the system can offer a steady extrusion job.
3. The system offers more volatilization between the first and second extruder.
4. The second stage extruder can present low temperature extrusion, which can guarantee the final productions quality.

ASE Series Single Screw Extruder
Process: The bulk materials or thick flakes after crushed, are conveyed into the single screw extruder by a screw loader. Then they are compressed and plasticized in the extruder to remove the volatile and moisture through the vacuum system. Afterwards they are filtered through the filtration system to pelletize the material into granules. Depending on the different screw diameters of the single screw extruders, capacity can range from 100 to 1500kg/h.
ADS series double-stage single screw extruder.
Two-stage pelletizing system is applied in the re-pelletizing job, which consists of two sets of single-screw extruders, in case the recyclable material contains a lot of dirt or requires more output.
Depending on the type and quantity of the material the line can be equipped with a water-ring, strand or underwater pelletizing system.
The two-stage re-granulation line has input one more set of single screw extruders in the second stage. This is the most suitable to the process, which requires better filtration and a higher capacity of performance.
