The ZXS 3000 / X Series 3000 Heavy Duty Shredder Screen is an OEM-specification replacement screen for ZXS 3000 Heavy Duty Single-Shaft Shredder and X Series Heavy Duty Single-Shaft Shredder (3000). The shredder screen controls the maximum output particle size. Material continues to circulate through the cutting chamber until it is small enough to pass through the screen perforations, ensuring consistent, controlled output for downstream processing or further size reduction.
The ZXS 3000 / X Series 3000 is the largest machine in the ZXS / X Series heavy duty single-shaft shredder series, equipped with a 750 mm diameter E-type rotor at 3000 mm width and driven by two oversized gearboxes. Operating at a low speed of 45 rpm, it generates the highest torque and throughput capacity in the series, making it the preferred choice for the most demanding industrial recycling applications. The two-speed hydraulic swing ram provides consistent, blockage-free material feeding. This machine handles all types of plastics, wood, paper, cardboard, e-waste, post-consumer waste, and rubber at maximum volume.
Screens are high-wear components requiring regular inspection. A damaged or blinded screen reduces shredder throughput, increases energy consumption, and causes output size inconsistency. Replace at the first signs of wear, cracking, or perforation damage.
