The Oil Filter RF-110-20 is the complete hydraulic oil filter housing assembly for Virtus Equipment and ZERMA America ZSS, ZHS, and ZCS series shredders manufactured before May 2019. Maintaining clean hydraulic fluid is essential for reliable operation of valves, cylinders, and the hydraulic pump that powers the shredder ram and other actuators. The RF-110-20 is the earlier version of the RF-series filter housing used on these machines prior to the May 2019 production changeover, after which the RF-160-20 (80070920) became the standard. Order this complete housing assembly only when the existing housing is physically damaged or corroded beyond serviceability. For routine scheduled maintenance on pre-May 2019 machines, order only the replacement filter element RF-110×20 (80070895) rather than the complete housing. For ZSS, ZHS, or ZCS machines manufactured after May 2019, order the RF-160-20 Oil Filter (80070920) instead — the two housing assemblies are not interchangeable.
