This kit covers the full scope of a scheduled maintenance interval: rotor knife replacement and related hardware, stator knife replacement and related hardware, cover disc and spring pin replacement, screen replacement in your choice of hole diameter, drive belt replacement, and rotor bearing lubrication. Every component is sized and specified for the C 30-60 and GSC 300/600 and is compatible with both the Virtus Equipment and ZERMA America platforms.

6x Rotor Knife (SKU 80001000) — 290 x 85 x 18 mm: Precision-ground rotor knives manufactured from D2 tool steel (material 1.2379), heat treated to 58 to 62 HRC for optimal edge retention and wear resistance. The GSC 300/600 and C 30-60 require 6 rotor knives per full replacement set. Rotor knives are the primary wear item in the cutting chamber and should be inspected and replaced on a regular maintenance schedule to maintain output quality and protect stator components.
12x M16 Washer Thin (SKU 80010760): M16 thin flat washers (DIN 125 / ISO 7089) used at each rotor knife fixing bolt position to distribute clamping load and protect mating surfaces. Two washers are included per rotor knife position.
12x M16 Cover Disc (SKU 80052651): Precision-stamped protective cover discs used to cap M16 bolt head recesses on the rotor knife assembly, preventing regrind dust, plastic fines, and debris from packing into fastener recesses and complicating future maintenance access. One cover disc is required per rotor knife fixing bolt position. Cover discs must always be replaced together with their corresponding spring pins.
12x Spring Pin (SKU 80010540): Slotted roll pins always installed in combination with the M16 Cover Disc (SKU 80052651). The spring pin is pressed into a cross-drilled hole to lock the cover disc securely in the bolt head recess, preventing it from vibrating loose or dislodging during high-speed granulator operation. Spring pins and cover discs are an inseparable installation pair and must be replaced together at every service interval.
2x Stator Knife (SKU 80001170) — 588 x 85 x 18 mm: Precision-ground stator knives manufactured from D2 tool steel (material 1.2379), heat treated to 58 to 62 HRC. Stator knives are the stationary cutting components mounted in the cutting chamber that work in conjunction with the rotor knives to create the scissor-like shearing action that reduces material to a consistent particle size. Two stator knives are required per full replacement set.
10x Fixing Bolt M16 x 60 (SKU 80010010): High-strength M16 x 60 mm hex head bolts (DIN 933 / ISO 4017) used to secure stator knives to the stator knife holder. Ten fixing bolts are required per stator knife set.
10x M16 Step Washer (SKU 80012930): Precision-machined step washers used at each stator knife fixing bolt position. The stepped profile serves a dual function — distributing fastener clamping load while simultaneously providing precise axial positioning and alignment of the stator knife in the cutting chamber. Standard flat washers must not be substituted at this position.
1x Screen (SKU CS300600S) — Available in 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, or 15mm hole diameter: Precision-perforated granulator screen for the C 30-60 and GSC 300/600 cutting chamber. The screen controls output particle size by only allowing fully reduced material to exit the cutting zone. Select the screen hole diameter at the time of purchase to match your regrind specification. Screens are a primary wear item and are included in the kit to align screen and knife replacement within the same service interval. Screen weight: 24 lbs.
3x V-Belt XPB 2000E (SKU 80040758): High-performance raw-edge cogged XPB-profile drive belts with 17 mm top width and 2000 mm pitch length. Raw-edge construction delivers superior heat dissipation and flexibility compared to traditional wrapped belts. The C 30-60 and GSC 300/600 require 3 XPB 2000E belts per set for machines with 7.5kW, 11kW, and 15kW motor configurations. Belt replacement is a standard preventive maintenance item that protects the drive system from belt-induced vibration and unexpected failure.
1x SKF LGMT 3/0.4 Bearing Grease Cartridge (SKU SKFLGMT3/04GREASE): Mineral oil-based lithium soap grease with NLGI Grade 3 consistency for rotor shaft and outboard bearing lubrication. Temperature rated from -30 degrees C to +120 degrees C (-20 degrees F to +250 degrees F). The 420ml cartridge is compatible with standard grease guns and is sufficient for a full rotor bearing service on the C 30-60 and GSC 300/600. Bearing relubrication is a required maintenance step at each knife change interval.
All hardware included with knife orders (adjusting bolts flat head M10 x 40, nuts M10, and wedge washers) is provided at no additional charge with the knife quantities in this kit.
