Features a non-marking blue elastic rubber or polyurethane tread on a zinc-plated steel yoke with double ball bearing swivel, supporting machine weights of 130 to 150 kg. The side-lock foot lever simultaneously stops wheel rotation and locks the swivel orientation, keeping the granulator stable during operation. Description

The 80mm Swivel Caster with Brake is a factory-specification replacement component for the ZERMA America GSL 180/180 and GSL 180/300 and Virtus Equipment GSL 180/180 and GSL 180/300 slow-speed plastic granulators. These beside-the-press machines support machine weights from 130 to 150 kg and require casters that both permit repositioning during tool changes and lock securely during operation. The dual-action brake lever engages simultaneously to stop the wheel and fix the swivel direction, preventing any machine movement while granulating.
