The Adjusting Bolt Flat Hex Head M16 x 40 10.9 is a grade 10.9 countersunk flat hex head bolt used in the block knife adjustment system across a wide range of Virtus Equipment and ZERMA America granulators. The flat hex head profile sits fully flush or recessed in the mounting surface when installed, unlike a raised hex head bolt. This profile is required in block knife mounting positions where a protruding bolt head would interfere with material flow through the cutting chamber or with the movement of other components. This bolt is used across the entire GSH series (all Heavy-Duty Granulator models from GSH 500 through GSH 1100) and all GSP Pipe and Profile Granulator models, where in all these kits it is listed as included free with knife purchases and is not sold separately as part of the PM kit.
