The GSE 300/300 uses a straight-knife rotor arrangement requiring precise manual jigging, and this fixture allows technicians to calibrate blade clearance parameters outside the machine before installation. Four corner clamping blocks and two central alignment pins hold the knife at the correct position for the 300mm rotor diameter and 300mm cutting chamber width. Setting blade clearance on this dedicated plate beforehand removes the need for adjustments inside the cramped cutting chamber, reducing maintenance downtime.
