The ZHS 1500 / VHS 1500 Shredder Screen is an OEM-specification replacement screen for ZHS 1500 Industrial Horizontal Shredder and VHS 1500 Industrial Horizontal Shredder. The shredder screen controls the maximum output particle size. Material continues to circulate through the cutting chamber until it is small enough to pass through the screen perforations, ensuring consistent, controlled output for downstream processing or further size reduction.
The ZHS 1500 / VHS 1500 is an industrial horizontal single-shaft shredder featuring an angled hydraulic ram suitable for a wide range of material shapes and sizes. It is equipped with a 600 mm diameter E-type rotor at 1500 mm width. The roller-guided hydraulic ram allows feeding of large, heavy-walled materials without the risk of jams or excessive guide rail wear. This machine is widely used for the economical recycling of plastics, wood, paper, and general waste streams.
